Seller Resources/Buyer Financing
Arizona Pre-Qualification
Is your buyer ready to buy?
Most Arizona offers include the Arizona REALTORS® Pre-Qualification Form, completed by the buyer’s lender. It’s your first look at how solid the financing is, and I review it with every offer.
What the Form Tells You
What I Check on Every Offer
- The pre-qualified amount covers the price and the buyer’s planned down payment
- Credit, income and assets have been reviewed, not just self-reported
- Any reliance on selling another home or on seller concessions
- A call with the loan officer about the buyer’s file and timeline
- The lender’s reputation for closing on time
Comparing Offers
A slightly lower offer with strong financing can be the better choice. I’ll compare each offer’s financing, timeline and terms side by side.

General information only. A pre-qualification is not a loan commitment; the buyer’s loan remains subject to underwriting and appraisal.
