Seller Resources/Contracts & Addenda
HOA Addendum
Selling a home in an HOA.
If your home is in a homeowners association, the H.O.A. Condominium / Planned Community Addendum shares the association’s dues and fees with buyers up front, sets who pays which fees at closing, and starts the delivery of HOA documents.
